At Hands 2 Feet we offer occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and music therapy to "help your child reach their potential in daily activities". We are passionate about our work and believe that every child has the potential for improvement and success when given adequate supports and opportunities.
At Hands 2 Feet we:
Our goal is to “help your child reach their potential in daily activities”.
Daily activities for a child can include school work, play, sports and recreation activities, daily living skills and self-care tasks.
MeiPo Chung opened Hands 2 Feet in 2010 in response to increasing demand for paediatric community occupational therapy services as publicly funded and hospital services are being phased out. She is an occupational therapist with over 23 years of experience working with children in hospitals, schools and homes. She works with children across different age groups with a range of developmental disabilities. She is highly respected by her colleagues and clients for her professional knowledge and nurturing personality. MeiPo graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1992 and received a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from The University of Toronto in 1993. She has additional certification in Sensory Integration, neurodevelopmental treatment, feeding approaches, and working with children with Autism. In 2014, services were expanded to include physiotherapy and music therapy. MeiPo is proud to work with other experienced clinicians to provide more services to the community to meet their therapy needs. Together we are "helping your child reach their potential in daily activities".
