Occupational Therapy


The occupational therapists at Hands 2 Feet have extensive experience working with children with a variety of developmental differences. They:

  •  have worked on multi-disciplinary teams in hospitals, schools, homes and community settings 
  • are knowledgeable of all aspects of a child’s development 
  • are committed to work in partnership with the parent/caregiver in every step of the intervention process

Therapists are registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and have extra training or knowledge in:

  • Sensory Integration (SI)
  • Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT)
  • S.O.S Approach to Feeding
  • Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP)
  • sensory-motor training
  • handwriting remediation
  • sensory diets
  • self-care and life skills training
